Job Description:

As a Crypto Content Manager at our dynamic cryptocurrency-focused platform, you'll lead our efforts in communicating breaking news, trends, and educational content to our global audience. This role demands a strategic thinker with a journalistic eye for detail and the ability to deliver compelling and accurate information in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of content creation, from news gathering to publishing, while ensuring all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with our brand's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Enforce Copy Guidelines: Set and maintain high standards for content quality, consistency, and accuracy, crucial for news reporting and feature articles.
• News Reporting and Content Creation Management: Spearhead our news operation, staying on top of current events in the cryptocurrency world to ensure timely and relevant content production. Oversee the development and distribution of all content types across the platform.
• SEO Optimization: Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure that all news content is optimized for maximum visibility and impact.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and expand a team of content writers and reporters. Provide ongoing feedback and training, fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
• Educational and Video Content Production: Design and produce instructional courses and script engaging video content that breaks down complex cryptocurrency topics for a diverse audience.
• Expert Sales Copywriting: Craft persuasive sales copy for a variety of marketing initiatives to enhance audience engagement and drive conversions.
• Content Performance and News Impact Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of news content and other media, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve reach and reader engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience in Content and News Management: Extensive background in content management and news reporting, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial news sectors.
• Strong SEO and Digital Marketing Skills: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies, with proven ability to adapt techniques to news content.
• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead a content team, with skills in mentoring and building a collaborative team culture.
• Journalistic Skills: Excellent news judgment, with the capability to analyze and prioritize information quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Educational and Video Content Expertise: Experience in creating educational content and video scripts, particularly in explaining complex subjects in an understandable manner.
• Superior Writing and Editing Abilities: Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce and refine compelling, insightful, and error-free content.
• Deep Understanding of the Cryptocurrency Industry: A robust grasp of current and emerging cryptocurrency trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
• Analytical Proficiency: Skilled at using analytics to measure content performance and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
